Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) Monofilament Yarns are optimized for manufacturing knitted, woven, and braided textile.
Monofilaments are available from 0.10 through 0.25 mm diameters in natural color. The monofilament yarns are extruded using a pure grade of polymer. Spin finish is applied to aid textile manufacturing processes and must be removed post manufacturing.
PVDF is very chemically stable and is resistant to ultraviolet light, gamma radiation, and abrasion. These features make it a superior alternative to polypropylene.
